VIEWS ARE NICE. THEN WHAT?
I’d look at what happens
after someone watches.
Before we make another video, I’d want to know who’s seeing the current ones. Are they the people you want as clients? Can they tell what you actually offer? Is there an obvious way to work with you?
You might need a clearer offer or an easier next step. Let’s look at that before we decide you need more content.
WHERE I’D START- Look at who’s watching and who’s reaching out.
- Check whether the offer makes sense to someone new.
- Make the path from the content to Contact easy to follow.

“I JUST NEED TO POST SOMETHING.”
I’d give the next few posts
something to work towards.
If every week starts with “what should we post?”, I’d take a step back with you. What do we want people to hire you for? What do they keep asking about? What haven’t they seen yet?
There’s usually more to work with once we stop trying to fill a calendar and start talking about the business.
WHERE I’D START- Pick one service or offer to focus on.
- Write down the questions people ask before buying.
- Build a few content ideas around those answers and the work.

THE BUSINESS CAN HANDLE IT.
I’d work backwards
from the clients you want.
You’ve got room for more business. Good. Let’s figure out what kind. Who do you enjoy working with, who gets the most out of what you offer, and how are those people finding you now?
That gives us a starting point for the strategy. Then we can talk about the message and whether photos, video, or something else would help.
WHERE I’D START- Get specific about the clients you want more of.
- Look at how your current best-fit clients found you.
- Choose a direction, then decide what needs making.
